A joint venture project for Duratec and Dundee Rock JV, Johnny Cool were awarded this project in October 2020. 

JCD were responsible for the supply and installation of new Actron Air 63kW split ducted unit, including all associated ductwork. 

Successful handover occured on time in January 2021.
