Johnny Cool were awarded the NT Government tender in 2018 for the mechanical refurbishment of the CSIRO building on Vanderlin Drive. The scope included complete demolition and removal of existing package unit and duct. In-house design and manufacture of new mechanical duct. Full installation of new duct work, and supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 x 86kw and 1 x 92kw x package a/c systems.

Project was handed over in April 2019, ahead of schedule.
