Johnny Cool were eager to join forces once again with local contractor, Tailor-made Building Services (TMBS) when they awarded us the electrical and mechanical contracts for the refurbishment of the Junior Officers Accommodation at the Darwin RAAF Base. 

Works including the; supply and installation of Fujitsu wall hung split systems, including high level interface hardware (BACnet) as well as various electrical works including; supply and installation of new distribution board including all switchgear, control gear and auxiliary panels, installation of new emergency and exit lighting and replacement of all GPOs.

 Works were awarded in January 2021 and handover occured on time and under budget in March 2021.
